- 1). Lower the kickstand.
- 2). Using the clutch and shift levers, place the motorcycle into gear.
- 3). Position yourself to the right of the motorcycle and sit on the edge of the seat.
- 4). Grasp the right handlebar and turn it completely to the right. Maintain your grip on the handlebar.
- 5). Reach under the motorcycle's saddlebag and grasp the frame or crash bars with your left hand.
- 6). Walk backward while pulling upward on the handlebar and the frame until the motorcycle is upright. Rest the motorcycle onto its kickstand.
- 1). Using the clutch and shift levers, place the motorcycle into gear.
- 2). Grasp the handlebars with both hands. Turn the handlebars completely to the left and maintain your grip.
- 3). Crouch slightly near the left side of the seat. Press your hip against the motorcycle's frame.
