How to Clean Viking Stainless Steel Cookware
- 1). Fill a sink with hot water and add 2 tsp. of mild dish detergent.
- 2). Place the cookware into the sink, and scrub it with a sponge or nylon scrubbing pad. Use small, circular motions to remove any burned-on food. If stains remain, let the cookware soak for 30 minutes to soften, and scrub it with a nylon scrubber.
- 3). Rinse the cookware thoroughly with clean water to remove any soap residue.
- 4). Dry the cookware thoroughly with a towel.
- 1). Fill the cookware with equal parts water and white vinegar. If the discoloration is on the cookware's exterior, fill a sink with equal parts water and white vinegar, and place the cookware into the sink. Allow it to sit for five minutes.
