Diabetes the plague in today's world is not a disease, but a disorder that strikes the way your body utilizes food for power. Sugar in whatever quantity or form taken in is normally broken down into glucose a form of simple sugar. The glucose thus formed in our body circulates inside the blood and gets into the cells by means of insulin. Diabetes and Ayurveda form a part of natural cure of the disorder in your body.

Now, what is Insulin? It is a hormone, created inside the Beta-cells of our Pancreas. It is due to inactive lifestyle and hereditary sensitivity, the beta cells become incapable of preparing adequate insulin. Since insulin is a key for the simple sugar to enter the cells, deficiency of insulin leads to the glucose circulating in the blood and such a condition is known as Diabetes. Diabetes can be cured with the help of herbs as in diabetes and Ayurveda.

Ayurvedic cure for diabetes

Several herbs are used in to cure this disease as per diabetes and Ayurveda treatment. The most significant herbs are neem, amalaki, shilajit, gudmar turmeric, guggul, and Arjuna and all these herbs are good for all doshas of our body.

1. Turmeric when taken with aloe vera gel about.035 to.1 oz during the early stages of the disorder regulates the functions of the pancreas and liver.

2. Juice of bitter gourd, which is Karela, or Rose apple that is Jambu or 2 tender foliages of Bilva (Bael fruit) and Neem may be consumed on empty stomach every day. You can intake an ounce of the juice of Jambu two times in a day and 1-1/2 ounce of Karela every day. Shilajit about 250 mg as a single dose should be consumed twice in a day along with the juice of stone apple.

3. Create some 00-sized capsules with the help of turmeric, and consume 2 capsules at least thrice a day. Remember to swallow this capsule just a few minutes prior to taking your meals. Continue intake of capsules for a month, and then reassess your diabetes measure. You will find that there is a great difference.

4. Mix about half a teaspoon of grounded bay leaf and half a teaspoon of turmeric in one table spoon of aloe vera gel. Eat this mixture twice in a day, once before lunch and other before dinner.

5. Take around 100gms of fenugreek seeds, turmeric around 50gms and white pepper and grind them together. Consume 1 teaspoon of this mixture along with a glass of milk twice every day.

6. Alternatively, you can soak fenugreek seeds in water and take it early in the morning on empty stomach.

7. Consume Amalaki Churna, Turmeric Powder, and Naag Bhasma with honey, two times in a day.

8. Jamun-ki-guthali has to be taken with rose apple stone power two times in a day.

9. Copper water also helps in decreasing the disorder of diabetes in your body. All you have to do is to pour one cup of water in a copper vessel and leave it over night. Drink the water in the morning and you will feel the difference.
