Making a New Year resolution could be easy to decide but to keep to them can be very hard especially when it comes to quitting smoking addiction.
If you notice you would have decide to quit smoking over the years but you find out you can keep to it overtime.
When you decide to make new year resolution make them small ones and big ones that is you can arrange them according to the importance.
Keep in mind that the big ones you have to already know it is time and you do not want it anymore.
If quitting smoking is the big then it is time you kick it out After making your resolution, the best thing is to try to improve yourself all through the year, learn to live with different personalities that associate with the resolution you have made and adjust to some unless they are totally against your principles.
Then try to just avoid them.
During the period, think about your ambitious goals and I hope you can keep them along with the positive attitude.
this will help you to focus and see reason why you should quit, because you will been to the benefit of quitting.
However, it takes time and can be challenging.
Try to ease yourself a bit.
Many people fail simply because they try to do too many things at once.
Take your resolution one after the other.
There could be time when you will relapse and you may want to give up.
