Raw food isn't just nutritious for the inside of your body, it keeps the outside looking great too! Raw food skin care is easy, fun and affordable! It is amazing how little you need of each food. You can even just rub a papaya peel on your face after you've put the rest of the fruit in your smoothie! I frequently rub food on my skin as I go along in the kitchen. Such experiments have led to great results! If you use honey you can add a teaspoon or so to the mashed papaya or avocado in this facial for an even yummier, more moisturizing and toning effect.
