How to Make Delicious Gluten Free Waffles
- 1). To make the waffles, beat the egg, water, canola oil, and honey together in a bowl.
- 2). Add the baking mix to the liquid ingredients and then beat or whisk until well blended.
- 3). Pour onto a hot waffle iron and bake until the steaming stops and the waffle is golden brown.
- 4). To make the strawberry topping, cut up the strawberries put them in a saucepan and add the sugar.
- 5). Cook on a medium high heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6). Assemble the waffles with the strawberry topping, sliced bananas and maple syrup. You can also substitute the strawberries and bananas with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!!!!
