- Prepare meals in large quantities and freeze some.
- Plan ahead; I usually spend one weekend a month preparing a month's worth of meals.
- You can freeze your meals in ice cube trays.
Once they are frozen you can remove them from the tray and put into freezer bags.
I usually double bag. - Write the date you made the meal on the outside of the bag.
- Cleanliness and food safety is a must.
Always use clean hands, cooking supplies and surfaces.
