    • 1). Fill the sink with enough warm water to submerge the pans.

    • 2). Pour 1 cup of vinegar and 2 tbsp. of lemon juice into the sink per gallon of water used.

    • 3). Place the pans into the water, making sure to submerge them entirely. Let the pans soak for 30 minutes. The acidic qualities of the vinegar and lemon juice will dissolve the hard water deposits.

    • 4). Scrub the pans with a washcloth after the 30 minutes has passed, removing any remaining hard water residue.

    • 5). Drain the water, and rinse the pans with fresh warm water.

    • 6). Dry the pans with a dish towel.
