    • 1). Apply white costume makeup with your foam applicator. Rub the long side of the applicator in makeup for a few seconds then begin at the forehead, smearing a thin layer across and working your way down. Avoid the area around his eyes.

    • 2). Dip your powder brush into loose powder and blow on the brush tips to get rid of any extra powder. Sweep the powder over the child's face, avoiding the eyes. This will help make the pale white makeup last.

    • 3). Dab the face makeup with your fingertip and gently press it onto the skin underneath his eyes and just below his brow bone. Avoid doing the eyelids, as you don't want makeup irritating his eyes. Dab your fingertip into translucent powder and lightly press it onto these same areas.

    • 4). Rub your eyeliner brush into the blush, then brush a line just under his eyes to create the sleepless red-eyed vampire look. Keep the line about a centimeter from the lash line to prevent it from getting into his eyes. Use your pinky finger to smear it.

    • 5). Starting from the inside tip of one of his eyebrows, draw a line with your eyeliner going upward above the eyebrow and stopping above the natural arch of the brow.

    • 6). Draw another line from this point going along the brow stop at the other end of the brow. Fill in the space between the eyeliner and his eyebrow and color over your child's eyebrow with eyeliner. Repeat with the other brow to get the look of menacing vampire eyebrows.

    • 7). Dab lipstick onto his lips. Have him press his lips together so that color spreads evenly. Use the lip liner pencil to draw two or three drops of "blood" dripping down from one of the corners of his lips. Use your fingertips to dab a little bit of translucent setting powder atop his lips and eyebrows.
