How to Compare CPA Exam Review Courses

104 2
    • 1). Make a list of CPA programs. An Internet search for "CPA review courses" will provide an accurate list.

    • 2). Find the prices of each program. The programs will differ in pricing, and cost could be a factor for a CPA candidate.

    • 3). Determine if the program is an in-class program or a book program. For example, Becker offers in-class programs and computer software programs. Wiley offers book programs. Some students prefer one method over the other.

    • 4). Read reviews of the programs. There are many blogs and other sites which provide reviews of programs and what individuals thought of the experience.

    • 5). Weigh each program based on your needs and make a final choice. For example, if you do not like studying through books and need in-class interaction, you should weigh in-class programs higher than self-paced programs.
