How to Import BlackBerry Contacts to an iPhone

    • 1). Transfer the contacts from your BlackBerry to Outlook. On your computer, open the "Blackberry Desktop Manager" program. Inside the program click the "Synchronize" button on the main screen.

    • 2). Click "Configuration" on the left side. Select "Synchronization" inside the configuration menu. This will allow you to adjust the synchronization settings.

    • 3). Choose "Address Book." The program will ask you which applications you want to synchronize. After selecting "Address Book," choose "Outlook." You can also choose "Windows Mail" if the machine is not equipped with Outlook.

    • 4). Click "Next" and then "Finish." You will now be redirected to the Synchronize screen.

    • 5). Check "Synchronize Organizer Data" on the Synchronize screen. Click the "Synchronize" button to copy your BlackBerry contacts to Outlook.

    • 6). Plug the iPhone into the computer. ITunes will open automatically. Select the iPhone in the iTunes application. Select "Info," which is a tab at the top.

    • 7). Check the "Sync contacts with:" box at the top and select "Outlook" from the drop-down menu. Click "All Contacts" and click the "Sync" button at the bottom right to import your Outlook contacts to your iPhone.
