How to Replace a Maytag MZD2766GE Drain Pan
- 1). Close the refrigerator doors and remove the screws securing the bottom grille of the refrigerator to the cabinet.
- 2). Tilt the top of the bottom grille toward you and then pull the grille off of the refrigerator.
- 3). Pull the drain pan, located in the center of the area that was covered by the grille, straight out of the refrigerator. Be careful not to tilt the drain pan, which could cause water to spill. Empty the drain pan in your sink if necessary.
- 4). Align the drain pan with the drain pan compartment on the bottom of the refrigerator.
- 5). Push the drain pan evenly into the cavity.
- 6). Realign the bottom grille and secure it in place using the screws that were removed.
