In this diet, you're going to need 3 different foods.
First thing you should get is chicken, second is fish and the third is turkey.
You got it? So this how the whole things work.
Switch what you eat! Confused? Here's an example, in the first day you have to eat nothing but chicken breast all day long! 5-6 times during a day! Sounds gross? Suck it up, it works! Your breakfast, lunch, dinner and two other meals must fully stuff with chicken.
And in the next day, switch chicken with fish! Yup, in that day, you're going to eat nothing but fish.
Put some variety of fish on your menu, it'll work to kill your boredom.
Tuna, salmon or sardine is great for your assortment.
In the third day, switch fish into lean turkey.
Yup, that's right! Eat unprocessed turkey.
And finally, you can only have celery and cucumbers with your meal.
That's a whole green stuff in your plate.
But don't you worry! You can also have a couple of apples throughout the day.
Or you can eat a little brown rice or sweet potato every couple of days.
