They have the perfect six pack and are in a way worshiped for it.
In every movie there seems to be a need for an incredibly ripped man or woman that shows his or her perfectly toned abs.
You may be thinking that you cannot achieve such a feat, but it may be easier than you think.
Getting a great six pack requires only three things from you.

) Diet In order to get your body in a high metabolic state to burn fat you need to eat the right things.
For energy you need carbs, but not unhealthy carbs.
You should be eating whole wheat products such as whole wheat bread and pasta.
You should not be eating too much because that will be a negative things as well.
It is very important to eat lean meats such as chicken, ham, steak, or any other meat with a low fat content.
When eating fruit you should be cautious because fruit contains lots of sugar.
If you eat fruit you should try to eat only a small amount or have tomatoes which are high in lycopene that is a powerful antioxidant.
Once you have a good diet then you will have more energy and an increased metabolism 2.
) Exercise Once you have a good diet you need to implement the correct exercise plan that will give you the results that you want.
You want to increase your metabolism even more and target your abs directly.
To do this you should do some type of cardiovascular activity about three times a week and lift three times a week.
The lifting that you should do can be any normal lifting.
You need one day of rest for your body to recover enough so that you are not breaking down muscle.
On every day that you lift and run you should do some type of Ab workout that will target them directly.
This can include crunches and other machines that will give you a deep burning sensation and don't worry about working your abs too much because that type of muscle can be worked almost every day.

) Attitude I don't know if I can stress this enough because a good attitude will either give you what you want or prevent you form getting it.
If you go into this challenge without a positive attitude you will fail and wonder why you could not achieve it.
You need to believe that you will do it and will never give up.
