Isn't it about time that you started to get in shape again? After all, summer is just around the corner and you want to look great in that new bathing suit.
I like to show you some of my favorite ab training exercises that I've found that the top people in the business use with their clients every day to get great results.
If you follow this plan you'll be looking better than you ever could've imagined.
Before we get started I want to remind you of something very important.
Most people think that they can get great abs just by exercising.
In reality it takes a lot more than that.
Eating healthy is where 80% of your results will come from.
It's important because it will speed up your metabolism and it will prevent you from having any further fat gain in your mid-section.
So remember to eat those 5 to 6 small, healthy meals each day for excellent results.
The first exercise I want to share with you is my favorite because you can do it at home too.
This is what I call the decline sit-up with weights.
Now you may not have a decline bench at home.
If that's the case you can just lay on the floor and do regular sit-ups.
However, it's important that you grab a weight for this exercise.
Hold the weight up on your chest and raise your body from the ground up to your knees.
This works well because you're actually using resistance.
Many people think they can develop great abs without resistance but they'll continue to fail over and over again.
The next exercise is what I call the hanging leg raise.
You might need a gym for this exercise because it requires a pull-up bar and a belt you can put weight on.
You proceed to lift your legs up to your belly while your upper body is suspended in the air.
These are difficult to do but you get a lot better workout when you actually use a belt with weight.
This will develop your whole abdominal region.
The last exercise is called a rope pulldown.
You'll definitely need a piece of gym equipment to do this one.
You find the pulley machine at your gym and attach the rope to it.
You then proceed to grab the rope and lower your body about 1/3 of the way down.
This will really hit your upper abdominal area and make you feel the burn.
By following these simple ab training exercises you'll be getting a 6-pack quicker than you ever though.
