-Along with white sugar, refined carbohydrates should be avoided as well.
Foods that contain high amounts of refined carbohydrates include processed food, white bread, pasta and cereals.
-Avoid fruit juices especially those that contain a lot of preservatives while on the treatment.
These products have a lot of sugar thus eliminating them from your diet will help tremendously.
-If possible, do not use bad oils or Trans fats (unsaturated fat with trans-isomer) to cook your meals.
Proper diet for yeast infection -Opt for organic goat milk and sheep's milk.
-Use coconut oil or rice bran oil to cook and then olive oil and flax seed oil for salad dressings.
-Probiotics should be included in your diet if you have been suffering from chronic yeast infections.
Probiotics are micro organisms that are alive and they are similar to the good bacteria found in the gut, mouth, vagina and elsewhere in the body.
When buying yogurt, always go for plain or unflavored.
Stay away from flavored ones because they contain lots of sugar.
When taken daily, yogurt will help relieve the symptoms of Candidiasis and may actually strengthen your immune system.
-Make papaya part of your diet for yeast infection.
The enzymes of the fruit can inhibit yeast growth.
-Eat lots of garlic.
