We all know that the ladies dig a guy who's confident.
All too often, confidence is linked with a killer hot body, which isn't always easy to get.
Heaps of guys work out, unfortunately using a muscle routine which is ineffective.
The more time they spend working to this ineffective muscle routine, the less energy they have and the less time they have to be with the ladies all together.
Here are some of the things your muscle routine might be lacking in that's preventing you from consistent muscle gains.

A Muscle Routine Needs Heavy Weights And High Intensity This doesn't mean you go out now and give yourself a hernia by lifting 100 lbs.
This means that to keep stacking on muscle week after week you're going to have to increment the weight you lift more and more.
Your muscle is very durable and can adapt itself to different amounts of stress.
It grows to adapt and if you don't give it any reason to adapt, it will just stay the same, even if you work out longer.
This is where the high intensity comes in as well.
Working out in a continuous circuit will allow your muscles no time to rest, making them hit "muscle overload" faster and hence allowing them to grow much quicker.

A Muscle Routine Needs A Protein-Rich Diet This is pretty obvious.
Just asked those thickhead steroid users.
Injecting yourself with steroids is injecting yourself with what is pretty much close to pure protein, hence the hugeness.
It's the extreme end of an effective muscle routine.
Protein is to building muscle as bricks are to building a house.
Notice that this is a routine, ie.
you do it gradually and not in one go.
To incorporate protein into your diet, focus on natural foods like legumes and eggs.
Protein powders are also a popular choice since they are readily absorbed into the blood stream and also help you recover some energy after a work out.

A Muscle Routine Needs...
Rest? Bet you didn't see this one coming.
Fortunately, heaps of men who workout are oblivious to the fact that you only gain lean muscle while you sleep.
Many guys who workout at night are sabotaging their potential gains.
Muscle gain is not linear.
It's like a rising and falling peak.
Hit muscle overload, rest, consolidate your gains, repeat.
Like in point 2, rest is to muscle gain as letting mortar dry is to having a house that won't blow over.
Oh well, all the more females for you, while other guys are killing themselves working out at night.
Muscle routine advice is hard to find nowadays.
The prevalence of the muscle industry means we are fed more and more crap to the extent that we can't tell the difference between sales pitch and helpful.
