Select cherry, grape, raspberry, strawberry or any other of your favorite Jell-O and Kool-Aid flavors. - 2). Empty Jell-O and Kool-Aid packages into mixing bowl and add 1 cup of sugar. Add the 2 cups of boiling water and stir with a spoon until completely dissolved. Add 2 cups of cold water and stir.
- 3). Pour Jell-O mixture into paper cups and freeze for approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. (Jell-O molds should be firm when shaken).
- 4). Remove from the freezer and cover cups with plastic wrap. Cut 1/2-inch slit in plastic wrap over each cup. Insert Popsicle sticks and freeze for an additional 1.5 to 2 hours. After that time, they are ready to eat.
