The best form of exercise in order to lose weight are considered to be aerobic or cardio exercises which are very popular these days.  Aerobic exercises not only puts our heart and lungs but also our entire body into action hence considered to be one of the most effectual work out activity. Cardio exercises are considered to be great in order to lose the body fat.

It is not one but a combination of two elements which is best in order to lose weight and to get the desired result. The first element is undoubtedly the exercise and the second one is balanced diet which is equally important. Weight loss is the result of the proper combination of both diet and exercise. Reducing the intake of calories and increasing the amount of calories that you burn is very essential.

In the process of losing weight it is essential that you select the aerobic or cardio exercise best suitable for you. Once done you need to plan your exercising schedule. You can exercise according to your convenience but doing it in the morning is the best time since the carbohydrate content in our body is considered to be less during that time.

When it comes to these exercises there are differences of opinion related to its effectiveness. According to some slow & steady aerobic  or cardio exercise is better while according to others high intensity exercises are considered to be more effective. According to some of them high intensity exercises are not only good for loosing body weight but also in improving the metabolism rate and burning the fat content in our body, strengthening of the muscles which are utilized in respiration and as a whole keeping us fit and healthy.  

But in general both low and high intensity aerobic or cardio exercise are considered to provide similar results provided it is done regularly and correctly. Not only does the aerobic or cardio exercises help in loosing extra weight but also facilitates us with lots of health benefits.

Even though there is difference of opinion but one thing which all of us agree is that it indeed has lots of benefits to our body if continued regularly and according to the schedule. It has shown effective results in loosing unwanted weight and reducing the unwanted fat content in our body.
