The Lever House is a luxurious New York restaurant in Manhattan and was nominated for best new restaurant of 2004 by the James Beard Foundation. Lever House Executive Chef Dan Silverman was one of Food & Wine magazine's Ten Best New Chefs in 1997.
Located in the beautiful Lever House Building, the book begins with a history of the building and the restaurant by Vanity Fair writer Matt Tyrnauer. The more than 125 recipes included reflect the sophistication and elegance of the Lever House.
