  Formosa Gardens Estates is located 3 miles from the main gate of Disney World. The property consists of three rental villas and is near such restaurants as Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill and Timpano Chophouse. Other nearby attractions include Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and various golf courses.
  
  

Camellia Villa

• The Camellia Villa has 3,466 square feet of living area, comes with an alarm and digital safe and accommodates up to 14 guests in six bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms include king-sized beds and private bathrooms; one bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a private bathroom; and the remaining two bedrooms come with twin-sized beds. All bedrooms have TVs. The formal sitting room includes a queen-sized, pull-out sleeper sofa. The backyard features a Jacuzzi and a pool that is 40 feet long with a deck. The cherry-mahogany-furnished kitchen includes appliances. The family room is equipped with a 52-inch HDTV. Guests can enjoy high-speed Internet access, a PlayStation2, DVD player--with a selection of children's movies--and VCR. The villa also has a recreational area with air-hockey and pool tables.
  
  

Magnolia Villa

• The Magnolia Villa has 2,138 square feet of living area and accommodates up to 10 guests. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. One bedroom has a king-sized bed with a private bathroom; one bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a private bathroom; and the remaining two bedrooms have twin-sized beds. All bedrooms include TVs. The formal sitting room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. This property includes a private, south-facing pool, hot tub and furnished pool deck; guests can add heat to the pool for an additional charge. In-season, the property features citrus fruit trees as well as a manicured garden that covers one-third of an acre. Guests enjoy free wireless Internet access, and the large, mahogany-furnished kitchen comes with appliances. The utility room has an iron, ironing board, washer and dryer. Gardenia Villa

• The Gardenia Villa accommodates up to 10 guests in four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a king-sized bed with private bathrooms, and the other two bedrooms have twin-sized beds. Each bedroom has a TV. There is a sleeper sofa in the family room that folds out into a queen-sized bed. The property includes a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board in the utility room. Guests have access to wireless, high-speed Internet and can make international phone calls for no charge. Appliances are included in the cherry-mahogany-furnished kitchen with Corian countertops. Guests can make use of a PlayStation2, VCR, DVD player and CD player. In addition to air conditioning, each room has a ceiling fan. The villa includes a pool that can be heated for an additional charge.
