Today I'm making baked stuffed apples. I'm going to be starting with 4 apples, 1 tablespoon of rum, vanilla, half a teaspoon of cinnamon, dates, nutmeg, 4 1/2 teaspoons of flax seeds, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, heavy whipping cream, 1/4 teaspoon of mace, almonds, and 2 tablespoons of brown rice syrup.
