    • 1). Adjust the angle that the rotor is spraying if you aren't getting the coverage that you want. Go to the top of the sprinkler head and use one of the service keys that came with your sprinkler system to change the angle of the head. Insert the key into the groove on the top of the sprinkler head and turn it to the amount of degrees needed. For instance, if you want 180 degrees of coverage, turn the rotor to 180 degrees.

    • 2). Use your key to pull the riser up in order to adjust how the sprinkler head faces your lawn. Put the service key into the adjustment slot on the top of the sprinkler head and turn it to lock it into the rotor. Pull up on the rotor and then turn the rotor to the proper direction. Push the rotor down and lock it back into place.

    • 3). Change out the nozzle if you would like a different sprayer on your sprinkler head's rotor. Insert your service key into the top of the sprinkler head and then turn the key counterclockwise to lock it into place. Pull the rotor out of the housing so it is raised. Insert your second service key into the nozzle hole and then pull the nozzle out of the sprinkler head. Install your new nozzle and then lock it into place with your service key.
