AJ Tucker here. Certified personal trainer since 2005, cross fit level 1 instructor and Army veteran. Today, I'm going to give you a listing of bootcamp exercises. We're going to start out with the three basic moves. The lunge, the squat, the push-up, and then we're going to show you some different variations in each position. So first we're going to start off with the regular push-up. So everybody's going down. We have all sorts of different body types. Okay, so what we're going to do, give me 5, and go. So as you can see, some of us are going off of our knees, some of us are going a little bit lower than others, good, good. So the second exercise in the push-up branch is the T-Bar push-up. You're going to go down and you're going to reach to the sky. So going down, reach, good. This one hits the core. And reach I know you feel the burn. Last but not least is the Spider push-up. So you're going to lower your body, you're going to drive your legs forward. Alright the second basic move is the lunge. And we're going to start the lunge. We're stepping out in the lunge, everybody, and go. So this is the basic lunge. Going forward and stepping back. So in 3, 2, 1 we're going to add a twist to the lunge. And go, this right here incorporates your core. Good. So in 5 seconds we're going to transition to the split jump to kick up your cardio. 3, 2, 1 and go. Good, good. So notice Jennifer here, she's coming forward, she steps forward and she's going back. So step forward, feet together, and then step back. Good. So that's the variation if you have knee problems. Part 3 on the list of boot camp exercises is the squat. So everybody go ahead and give me cardio squats, and go. So they're going down and up, regular squats. Good, good. Alright so part two you're going to add a hop to the squat. And go. Good, coming up off the ground, good. They're hopping. She's doing a variation. She's doing a variation if you have bad knees you just come up to your toes, alright? Good. Alright then relax, so the last but not least, everybody's absolute favorite. We're going to combine the squat and the push up and do the burpee. Yeah come on lets do it. So you're going to go own, all the way, belly to the ground, come in and they're going to clap overhead. Give me 2 more reps. 2 more reps. Good, and clapping over the head. Good AJ Tucker here, and I just supplied you with a listing of boot camp exercises. Go and use it.
