Hey, this is Taylor Robbins with Taylorrobbinsfitness.com and Exerscribe.com here to talk about the incline bench and how it's going to help improve your flat bench. So mainly it's just a different angle right, which a different angle is going to apply a different stimulus to the muscle. So in a sense, yeah, it's going to help you flat bench because you are applying a totally different stimulus than you can create from just the flat bench. So the incline is also going to hit more of that clavicular attachments or the upper attachments, the upper chest to kind of improve development and strength and force production from this angel and that is going to carry over to your flat bench because during your flat bench being a full body exercise, you want to recruit as much muscle fiber as possible.
