    • 1). Make sure the stove is cool before you begin. Turn off the power for the stove. Label the breaker so someone does not accidentally turn it on while you are working on it.

    • 2). Grab the front end of the burner and lift it up slightly. Pull the burner straight out to disconnect it from the outlet.

    • 3). Insert the connections of the new burner into the slot and push it in firmly until you feel it lock into place. Lower the front end down into the reflector plate so that it is flat on the surface.

    • 4). Turn the power back on to the stove at the breaker box. Turn the new burner on to test it. Repeat the procedure as necessary for each new burner.
