Question: I am a 40-year-old male that would like to make the necessary changes to my physical health in order to get started on the right foot in 2007. Let me ask you, "How would you define being healthy"?
Results are different depending on who you ask. Being healthy is defined in many ways by all kinds of people.
Teenagers respond by saying health is related to strength and the ability to excel in sports.

Someone in their 30's is starting to realize that what once came of quickly, is now hanging around for a longer period of time. Those extra pounds just don't melt right off anymore.
