Reindeer Candy Containers
Paper mache reindeer candy containers
From James Julia Auctions:
A fine pair of early reindeer candy containers with painted facial features, lead antlers, and removable heads at neck area. Unusual in nature in that they have their heads turned upwards with open mouths and what appears to be snow applied to their bodies. Obviously encountered while they were delivering toys to good little children. Nice standalone additions or perhaps in front of a sleigh.
