    Neck and Throat Exercises

    • Strengthening your neck and throat will help get rid of unsightly double chins and wrinkles. This exercise requires you to sit upright. Look at the ceiling by tilting your head back. Keep your lips closed and make a chewing motion. You can chew either the air or, if you like, gum. Once you've chewed for five seconds, tilt your head back to your chest. Hold for five seconds and tilt back. Repeat the chewing. Do this 20 times. There are many variations to this exercise. One is to pucker your lips while your head is tilted back. Hold the pucker for 10 seconds and repeat five times. In another, you tilt your head back and try to touch your chin with your tongue, holding for 10 seconds.

      A different exercise requires lying on your bed. Hang your head over the edge. Tilt your head back as far as you can. Hold for 10 seconds. Lower your head and relax for five seconds. Repeat five times.

    Eye Exercises

    • Wrinkles often affect the eyes. One exercise involves toning your eye muscles. Press two fingers on your left and right temples. Tighten the muscles and skin backward. Rapidly open and close your eyes for 10 seconds. Rest your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this exercise five times.

      Another exercise requires you to keep your eyes closed. Relax your body and your eyes. With your eyes closed, look up as far as you can and then look down as far as you can. You should also look left and right. Repeat each direction 10 times. A variation on this exercise requires you to close your eyes and lift your eyebrows as far as you can while stretching your eyelids down. Hold for five seconds and then relax for five seconds. Repeat this exercise five times.

    Forehead Exercises

    • Forehead exercises will help reduce wrinkles and creases. In this exercise, start by frowning, and hold the frown throughout the exercise. Bring your eyebrows together as close as you can. Hold for five seconds. Lift your eyebrows as far as possible while opening your eyes as far as possible. Hold for five seconds. Repeat this exercise five times.

      A second exercise requires you to bring your eyebrows far down over your eyes. Hold your eyebrows down for the entire exercise. Scrunch your nose up as far as you can. Flare your nostrils and hold for five seconds. Relax your nose for five seconds. Repeat this exercise 10 times.

      Another exercise requires you to lift your eyebrows as fast as you can. Quickly lift your right eyebrow five times. Relax your right eyebrow, and lift your left five times quickly. Relax your left eyebrow for five seconds. Lift both eyebrows five times rapidly. Do this exercise 10 times.
