How to Freeze Fresh Pear Juice
- 1). Transfer the fresh pear juice to a freezer-safe plastic storage container featuring an air-tight lid. Allow a 1/2-inch head space in a pint-size container and a 1-inch space in a quart-size container to allow for expansion.
- 2). Dry any juice around the container's rim using a clean cloth. Press the lid into place to create a secure seal.
- 3). Write the juice storage date on a piece of freezer tape and place it on the container for convenience.
- 4). Freeze the pear juice for eight to 12 months in a freezer set at 0 degrees or below.
