Stop smoking: the penible, brave and wholesome decision to free oneself from of the evil
Stop smoking: the penible, brave and wholesome decision to free oneself from of the evil.
Yes everyone can quit smoking without using any drug or medicine; it is possible since I have experienced it myself; it is just a matter of being conscious on how health aspects influence the project of life we would like to set up in order to reach our different goals, as:
A permanent good health state,
Vitality, energy and pugnacity,
Better capacity of analysis and synthesis,
Challenges,
Happiness and serenity.
We happen to become jealous of the physical and psychological qualities and abilities of our non smoker colleagues, friends, relatives and neighbours.
So when comes the fateful moment for a smoker to make the decision to quit, because he/she is in front of an alternative: either get definitively rid of all this evil which urges him/her to his/her loss and consequently to fail pitifully in his/her life, or lead his/her life towards the distress and the decay.
The best thing is that a good sensitization gives a strong will to quit, because even if we are addicted to cigarettes, a habit which is not easy to get rid of, It is a matter of giving ourselves a proof that we are still stuck to our noble principles, to our personal values such as pride, pugnacity, research of success, achievement of objectives, objectivity, analysis, assessmentââ¬Â¦
People perceive better to day than yesterday that smoking has always been known to destroy the quality of human life to a great extent. In tobacco, the smoke contains a hazardous substance called nicotine. Nicotine gets in the body of the person through cigarettes. Smoking has an equal bad effect on both, the active and the passive smokers.
The impacts of nicotine in a human body are complex. They include a speed up in heart rate and blood pressure; increased force of contraction of the heart; constriction of blood vessels in the skin; producing cool, pale skin; constriction of blood vessels in the heart; relaxation of skeletal muscles; increase body metabolic rate; and the release of hormones such as epinephrine, and cortical into the bloodstream.
It has bad effects on cells too because it attaches to receptors on cell membranes that normally attach a neurotransmitter called acetylcholine. Acetylcholine is a chemical released by nerve ending in the body that binds to certain receptors on cells and activates them. The activated cells communicate messages to other nerves or produce specific action son body organs.
Statistics reveal that smoking causes many deaths on a daily basis, all around the world. We have to keep this frightening death rate in our mind. Because of this alarming death rate, doctors have developed various new therapies. Yes these therapies are quite useful to quit smoking. The governments of various countries and some non-profit organizations have started various quit smoking programs. These programs are rather helpful. They make people aware of the many hazardous effects of smoking. But the radical solution is the best one mainly when we know that quitting smoking has immediate as well as long-term benefits for you and your loved ones.
