How to Make a Mobius Bracelet
- 1). Knead the polymer clay for 5 minutes to remove trapped air bubbles that can weaken the clay, and then roll the clay into a 1/4-inch-thick sheet using a rolling pin.
- 2). Cut out a strip from the clay sheet using a rotary cutter to measure 1 inch wide, 6 inches long.
- 3). Hold the clay strip vertically in your hands, grasping the bottom of the strip with your left hand and the top of the strip with your right hand.
- 4). Twist the top of the strip over to the bottom of the strip, flipping the top upside down right before you touch the ends together. Press the ends of the clay to secure them together. This will create the mobius form.
- 5). Place the mobius bracelet onto a cookie sheet, and bake it in a 200-degree-Fahrenheit oven for 10 minutes. Allow the mobius bracelet to cool for 30 minutes before wearing it.
