  When the holiday season is approaching, you might begin considering whether to bring gifts to your coworkers. While etiquette does not require that you do so, some people enjoy bringing presents to the office for holidays, birthdays or other special occasions. But you don't have to spend too much money to put a smile on a co-worker's face.
  
  

Stationery

• Most paper stores and many dollar stores and other stores sell inexpensive stationery sets. Choose one for your co-workers. You can likely find stationery with single letters monogrammed onto it. Choose stationery sets with the first initial of your co-worker's last name monogrammed onto it for a more personal touch. You could also choose stationery sets with different colors or patterns, such as stripes, polka dots or pictures of things like cats or children.
  
  

Jar Mixes

• Create a jar mix for your co-workers. For example, put all the dry ingredients needed to make your favorite brownie or cookie recipe into a jar. You can layer the ingredients so that they look pretty. For example, for chocolate chip cookies put the flour on the bottom, then white sugar, then the chocolate chips and finish with the white sugar. Then, tie a ribbon around the rim of the jar and attach a card with the recipe written on it. You can also include other mixes in jars, such as hot chocolate or soup.
  
  

Card Holder

• Business card holders are also great gifts for co-workers. You can find inexpensive business card holders at many different types of stores. Choose hard plastic card holders in different colors, or metal business card holders. Choose business card holders that your co-workers can carry with them when they go to meetings, or that they can place on their desk to display their business cards.
  
  

Scarf

• This is a perfect holiday gift for your co-workers. It is also a good idea if you are shopping for a group that includes both men and women, because everyone can wear scarves. You can also oftentimes find good deals on scarves at discount stores. Choose scarves in lots of different colors and choose which ones you believe would best suit your different co-workers. If you want to spend a bit more money, give each of your co-workers a pair of gloves to match the scarf.
