Stage 3 C Nurturing

The next stage in the after-breakup process is called nurturing. Make sure that the surroundings you choose provide love and the nurturing you are going to need while going through this kind of emotional experience. The first key is friends and family that are there for you. It will help to be open to the observations and advice of trusted friends and family. Their efforts are to help, they care about you. Eventually you will be able to put the breakup behind you, no longer emotional about it. Then you will be able to focus on the future instead. Now you can turn to new experiences and relationships, leaving your ex behind. This is the last part of the final breakup stage. Then you are moving on.
