With just a bit of home automation we can enjoy controlling many items around the home just like we control our TV sets.
It may be impossible to imagine a remote control that will allow you to open curtain, close curtains, turn on lights, and even set security devices, but with technology all this is possible and more.
From opening the curtains in the morning to turning on security lights outside in the evening, you can enjoy a much smoother life, as long as you do not lose your remote control.
Want to see the sunrise as you are getting for work, but you are running late and do not have time to mess with opening the drapes? Grab the remote can push a button, the curtains will open and you can enjoy the view when you are getting ready, eating breakfast, or dressing the kids for school.
You can even use home automation devices to control the lighting in your home via remote control or sensors.
There is nothing worse that getting up in the middle of the night and fumbling around for the light switch, tripping over toys, or stepping on the cat.
With lighting automation that uses sensors the lights will come on as enter the hallway or room and if you forget to turn them off or what the light on to see your way back to bed, the sensor will turn the lights off after a few minutes of no activity.
Now that is what I call, organized.
