Bloating can be uncomfortable, it makes it hard to get into your pants and then to sit in them.
It causes stomach cramps and indigestion.
This condition can be worsened by prepackaged foods and all of the fast foods we eat, because we are to busy to make a home cooked meal.

Limit gas producing foods - cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, beans and other vegetables that contain lactose can cause gas.

Avoid carbonated drinks - I think that this one is relatively self explanatory.

Drink chamomile tea -Chamomile tea is good for your digestive system and will reduce your stress in general.
When you are relaxed your body can perform the tasks it needs to more easily.
