    Building the Frame

    • 1). Nail the four 3-foot wooden posts to the plywood sheet table top to form legs. Nail the two 4-foot 2-by-4s across the legs on each end of the table as a structural support.

    • 2). Detach the front panel of the box fan using the screwdriver. Screw the box fan underneath the table in the center, making sure that the direction of air flow will be upwards.

    • 3). Glue the laminate to the plywood using the epoxy. Make sure the edges line up exactly. Allow to dry.

    • 4). Draw a grid pattern lightly onto the top of the table with vertical and horizontal lines 2 inches apart beginning 4 inches from the edge of the table on all sides. Where lines cross, drill holes. Be careful not to damage the fan.

    • 5). Nail the wooden slats into place along the edges of the table at a perpendicular angle to create a barrier around the edge of the table. Be sure the slats are sturdy enough in construction to withstand impacts without breaking.
