How to Insert Math Symbols in WordPerfect
- 1). Open up your WordPerfect program by clicking on Start, this is located at the bottom left of your screen; then select WordPerfect from the list found inside "All Programs." You can also open up the program by entering "WordPerfect" into the "Search" box that appears when you click on the Start button.
- 2). Choose "Insert" from the task bar found at the top of your WordPerfect screen. Select "Symbol" from the list of available choices.
- 3). Browse through the symbols until you find the math symbol you need. If your don't find the right symbol, close the window and return to "Insert." Select "Character" instead of "Symbol" and search for the right math symbol again.
- 4). Click on the symbol to insert it into the document.
- 1). Open up WordPerfect.
- 2). Select "Insert" from the taskbar at the top of the WordPerfect screen.
- 3). Choose "Equation" from the list of options, which will open up the Equation Editor.
- 4). Enter in your equation using the symbols to the right. Click OK to insert it into your document.
