How to Personalize Balloon Bouquets

    • 1). Cover the weight with foil, wrapping paper or other material. Match it to the dominate color of the bouquet. Secure the covering in place with white glue or double-sided sticky tape.

    • 2). Have the balloons filled with helium. Tie a knot at the opening of the balloon.

    • 3). Cut a strand of ribbon 2 feet longer than you want the balloon to reach. Tie one end of the ribbon in a knot around the knot on the balloon. Leave at least a 6-inch tail from the knot.

    • 4). Thread a charm through the tail of ribbon from the knot. Knot it in place.

    • 5). Tie the other end of the ribbon to the balloon weight. Repeat with the rest of your balloons. Make the ribbons different lengths so the balloons sit at different heights.
