    • 1). Measure in 6 inches from the end of the wire.

    • 2). Shape the wire into the word or words you want to form. Use the bride's full name, the couple's last name, or the word bride. Use pliers to form the wire into the shapes you want.

    • 3). Cut the wire so 6-inches of wire extend past the name.

    • 4). Measure 3-inches from the either end of the words.

    • 5). Bend the wire in a 90-degree angle.

    • 6). Center the wire below the hanger and mark the spot where the wire touches the top of the wire with a pencil.

    • 7). Drill a hole into the hanger at the location of your marks, using a drill bit slightly larger than the wire.

    • 8). Fill the hole with glue and push the wire into the holes, making sure the word is level. Set the hanger flat and allow to dry overnight.

    • 9). Tie a thin, silk ribbon around the neck of the hanger. Choose a ribbon in the same color as the bridal gown or in one of the accent colors chosen in the bridal flower arrangements.
