How to Make a Complaint to Disney Movie Club
- 1). Call the Disney Movie Club Support number at 1-800-362-4587. Before getting angry or hostile with the operator, try to calmly explain the problem and ask if he will be able to remedy it. Remember, the more polite you are to the phone operator, the more likely he or she will be cordial in return.
- 2). Send an email to the Disney Movie Club webmaster. If you are not able to come to an agreement on the phone or do not want to wait for an operator to become available, you can email the Disney Movie Club by clicking on the "Contact Us" button at DisneyMovieClub.com.
- 3). Register your complaint by mail. Disney Movie Club's mailing address is P.O. Box 738 Neenah, WI 54957-0738. Write a letter explaining your complaint and include your name, email address, phone number and address.
- 4). Cancel your membership. If you are unable to settle your differences with Disney Movie Club, you can cancel your membership either on the Disney Movie Club website or on the phone at 1-800-362-4587. You will receive confirmation by mail that your account has been canceled. You may then register a complaint by contacting the webmaster by clicking on the "Contact Us" button at DisneyMovieClub.com.
