How to Make Angel Beaded Bracelets
- 1
Beading supplies
Place your materials on a flat surface. - 2
Flower bead on headpin
Slide a flower bead on a headpin, concave side down, for the angel's skirt. - 3
Wings added to headpin
Slide the angel wing bead on the headpin. - 4
Pearl added to headpin
Slide a 6 mm pearl bead on the headpin for the angel's head. - 5
Inverted bead cap added to headpin
Slide a bead cap (inverted so it sits like a bowl on top of the pearl) onto the headpin. This creates the angel's halo. - 6). Use the round-nose pliers to bend the headpin wire to a 90-degree angle approximately 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch above the bead cap, then curve the wire up and over the top jaw of the round-nose pliers to create a loop.
- 7
Loop on round-nose pliers
Continue bending the wire around the pliers, rotating the pliers as necessary, until the wire forms a loop and crosses itself. - 8
Wrapped loop on angel
Grab the end of the wire with the needle-nose pliers and wrap it around the wire stem below the loop. This creates a wrapped loop. - 9). Use the needle-nose pliers to gently squeeze the wrapped wire, pressing the wire end close to the wrapped loop coil.
- 10
Repeat steps 2 to 9 to create as many angels as you would like on your bracelet. - 11
Twist open one jump ring for each angel and attach the angels to the bracelet chain. - 12
Use a jump ring to attach the lobster clasp to one end of the bracelet chain. The clasp will hook on to any chain link at the opposite end to create an adjustable-size bracelet.
