    House of Blues

    • For fans of blues music, there may be no better place to eat than the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay. Serving a menu of Southern cuisine, including catfish nuggets, New Orleans-style seafood gumbo and Creole jambalaya, the House of Blues regularly features live blues bands that perform on the restaurant's main stage Monday through Friday. On Sundays, the restaurants also hosts a Gospel Brunch which showcases live gospel music along with a brunch buffet that includes Southern inspired items such as smoked root-beer chicken, smoked fish, cornbread with maple butter and other traditional breakfast items. House of Blue also hosts Happy Hour seven days a week, and features music memorabilia and southern artwork throughout the restaurant. The restaurant also hosts special event concerts, though there are separate charges for tickets and dining.

    Casa di Amore

    • Serving an Italian American menu, Casa di Amore treats diners to an old school Vegas experience, complete with nightly live entertainment that channels the Rat Pack. The restaurant serves traditional Italian dishes, such as chicken parmigiana, fettuccine Alfredo and lasagna, as well as several different types of steak and seafood. On a nightly basis, the restaurant's boutique stage features local musicians who often sing songs made famous by Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr. Casa di Amore also offers diners complimentary limousine service to and from their hotels when they make a reservation, which further adds to the experience of dining at the restaurant. If you are traveling with an avid gambler who hates being away from the casino for even a couple of hours, Casa di Amore also has video poker machines at the bar.

    Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville

    • Given that it is owned by famed singer Jimmy Buffet, it is no wonder that Margaritville not only features piped in Buffet and Bob Marley music during the day but nightly live entertainment as well. The menu features a mix of Caribbean, Creole and Mexican food, offering up dishes like conch fritters with Cajun remoulade, volcano nachos and Cuban meatloaf. Burgers, ribs and crab cakes are also available. As the name would imply, the restaurants also serves a wide array of margaritas, as well as other cocktails. In addition to nightly music performances, Margaritaville also employs stilt walkers who wow patrons in the dining room. The restaurant also boasts the Volcano Bar, which erupts every night with accompanying fog, lights and sound effects. Located inside the Flamingo hotel Margaritaville creates a distinct atmosphere with its booths that resemble fishing boats, large screen TV that mimic boat sails and Caribbean map on the ceiling.
