Drinking Water - A Source of Life!
Next to oxygen, drinking water is the most vital, life-giving resource for our bodies.
Approximately 97% of our body weight is water when we're born and decreases as we get older.
Water brings nourishment, restoration, nutrients and energy to our cells.
Drinking water is like having a shower on the inside.
Sometimes, water is not what you may want to drink, even though you know it's good for you.
A new habit could be to try and drink the equal amount of water to other drinks you put into your body.
Or, start small by finding the smallest glass or the smallest drink bottle and sip it regularly.
And improve it by going to one a little bigger and so on until you body is abuzz with the vitality you're giving it.
A small squeeze of lemon/orange juice gives it a lift.
