For those of you who don't know, Canada is a large country located directly north of the United States.
Even though the population of Canada is relatively small, it is home to some of the best schools in the world.
Unlike the United States, Canada has put a lot of effort into making school affordable for all of its citizens.
Today we're going to take a look at some of their schools and how to obtain student loans in Canada.
There are many major universities in Canada.
Some of the most notable ones are the University of Toronto, McGill, and the University of British Columbia.
Tuition for domestic students is much cheaper than for international students.
Unlike the United States, there is no 'out of province' tuition.
Canadian students will pay the same rate no matter what province they are from.

Many provinces have their own financing programs.
These programs lend money to students interest-free so that they can pay for tuition.
Usually these programs are reserved for families who need it more than others.
So even if you don't qualify as a financial aid student.
There are still many ways to get student loans in Canada.
The government of Canada insures student financing.
This means that the banks can offer it at very low interest rates.
Of course this is not as nice as 0% interest, but for many students this is still a viable option for education financing.
There are many avenues and routes to take to obtain financing for school in Canada.
If you are Canadian student then be sure to do your research.
You may end up paying much less for school than you initially thought.
