Leadership and Development - Leadership Characteristics - The Law of Reciprocity
"The Law of Reciprocity" Today I am going the last of the 5 principles of success and another online success tip.
Number five is the Law of Reciprocity.
The key to effective giving is to stay open to receiving.
This is the final part in this leadership and development series.
Leadership characteristics come from personal development and mind set and are all a key part in your success development.
And I'll tell you I did not get this one at first.
How does being open to receive make you a better giver? The more I thought about it the more it became clear.
It is kind of a process where when you are out there giving of yourself, it will come back to you and you have to be ready to receive it.
A big problem we have as is that we have become a culture where every body is ready to receive but no one wants to give.
Do you see that a lot yourself? Here is a big time problem with that.
If nobody wants to give, what is there to receive? Kinda scary when you really think about it right, we pretty much make our own pool of events by what we do or do not.
Again if nobody gives there is nothing to receive.
Yet if all of us strive to give, receiving becomes abundant.
Too many people want things up front, instant gratification if you will even knowing that leadership and development or leadership characteristics demand otherwise.
The world truly needs us to become a group of givers, as then and only then will there be something for all of us to receive.
So be more free with your time and help add value to others, if you are not start working on your mind set through personal development.
When the smoke clears and you days have come to an end.
It is the people who you have reached out to, that you have helped in a special way that will remember you for ever.
That will be your legacy.
