Indeed, I don't have any close friends who voted for Barack Obama, and I surely hope no one in my immediate family did, but I do know that our extended family were somewhat enthralled with him when he was running for office.
Today, most people won't admit it in public (at least where I live) that they voted for Barack Obama, or if they do they say it in a whisper, not in a loud enthusiastic voice like they did before.
The other day, I was talking to some friends at the local coffee shop, and someone actually admitted they voted for Barack Obama for President of the United States.
I laughed, because it takes a lot of guts to admit that she voted for that gentleman, especially considering the stimulus package that passed which did not provide any new jobs, or the insanity of the Obama Care health care law.
These folks rode into office and promised us that they would fix and change everything for the better, and all they've done is made it worse, and all the statistics now prove that now.
Nevertheless, I was trying to figure out how anyone was duped by the PR show that the Obama campaign put on, or why anyone voted for him in the first place.
In fact, I often wonder how on earth did a gentleman like that get elected in the United States of America; then it hit me.
It hit me like a ton of bricks when I watched him speak the other day, he sounded really good, he sounded sincere, he sounded like he had it all together, and that he knew he what he was talking about.
And then it occurred to me the reason he got elected was because he's a very good speech maker.
Therefore, if you want your kids to be successful, they need to skip high school, skip college, and have them go to Teleprompter reading school, and take some acting lessons.
Please consider all this, because I don't think any other qualifications are necessary to be the President of the United States anymore.
