Video: Making Teardrops in Photoshop
Video Transcript
Hi, I'm Omar, and I'm a programmer. In this video, I'm gonna show you how to make teardrops with Photoshop. So let's fire up Photoshop and get right to it. As you can see, I have a new document opened up in Photoshop already. And the easiest way I've found to make teardrops is to add a custom shape using the custom shape tool, and use the raindrop preset. If you don't have this, go to the arrow right next to the presets and click all, and then click okay, and it should give you all the preset shapes that Photoshop comes with, one of those shapes happens to be a raindrop. So, let's just color this a light blue, and draw an elongated raindrop, because teardrops tend to be more elongated then just regular raindrops. After you've done that, if you want to make a more teary shape to it, select the pen tool, hold down control on a PC, or command on a Mac, and select the top point and just kind of slide it over, and make a little more, make it a little more curvy to make it, give it that tear drop shape. And that's all there is to making teardrops on Photoshop. I'm Omar, and I hope you enjoyed my video. Have a good day.
