How to Get Dry Erase Marker Out of a Wood Door
- 1). Saturate the marker stain with household lubricating spray. Let the spray sit on the stain for five minutes.
- 2). Dampen a sponge with warm, soapy water. Gently rub the sponge over the marker to scrub it off, using small, circular motions. Dry the door thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth.
- 3). Moisten a cotton ball with nail polish remover if any marker remains. Rub the cotton ball gently over the marker, again working in a circular motion, until the stain is gone. Rinse with a damp rag and dry thoroughly.
