They also contain polyphenols, such as Ellagic Acid, which have powerful anti-inflammatory properties and can help neutralize free radicals and stop cell damage.

While walnuts are high in calories and fat, you only need to eat about seven a day in order to enjoy all the nutritional benefits that they can provide.
